The two plots below are the Spectrum Analyzer plots of each antenna tested. The first plot
is of the previous capstone project SDARS antenna. The second plot is of the Terk Sirius antenna
purchased for our capstone project testing.
In the image below, the two markers on the left (one at 2.3223 GHz and one at 2.33 GHz) mark the peaks of the Sirius
satellite signal. The peaks immediately following to the right of those are believed to be from XM satellite radio,
since XM's allotted bandwidth is the 12.5 MHz after Sirius's bandwidth.
The next image shows peaks from the commercial antenna. Notice that the peaks are in the same place,
but at a lower level.
