Microwave Transistor Oscillator
by Steve Krol and Charlotte Wolf High frequency oscillators are an essential part of communications systems.
These systems incorporate the transmission and reception of AM, FM and
television signals, in which oscillators are used, along with their use
in satellite links and radar. This project utilizes microstrip type material
to implement a radio frequency, RF, oscillator. Our particular design provides
a systematic way to realize RF oscillators. Advantages to this design include
physical size, low cost, and frequency stability.
